Terms and Conditions
- Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- Rental prices on the website are correct and charged per function, not per day.
- Costume rentals can be taken any time during the week and must be returned by the following Monday. We do extend the period for up to 9 days, if needed. Mascot rentals must be collected on the Thursday and must be back latest by Tuesday.
- Refundable deposits: Kids costumes: R 200-00, Adult Costumes: R 250, Mascots R 550-00.
- Payments for deposits can be made in: Cash - Refunded in Cash: Credit Card - Reversed on Credit Card. Unfortunately, Capitec cards does not offer a refund option so we would refund via EFT minus a small transactional fee.
- Fees will be deducted from the deposit for all late returns or any damages on items rented.
- The customer will be held responsible for all costs incurred in the replacement or courier/uber of any items not returned.
- Cancellations: We will charge R50 cancellation fee per costume per booking. Hires collected, will receive 50% of their rental back if returned 48 hours before their event or alternatively, use the entire rental to purchase stock or get a voucher for the full amount for future use.
Refund Policy
- Costumes hired can be exchanged at any time
- No refunds on wigs
- Accessories bought will not be refunded if returned after the function
- Costumes bought can be refunded if returned within 12 hours
- A cancellation fee of R 50-00 per costume will be charged for bookings cancelled
- No refunds for bookings cancelled 1 day before the function
