Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  2. Rental prices on the website are correct and charged per function, not per day.
  3. Costume rentals can be taken any time during the week and must be returned by the following Monday. We do extend the period for up to 9 days, if needed. Mascot rentals must be collected on the Thursday and must be back latest by Tuesday.
  4. Refundable deposits: Kids costumes: R 200-00, Adult Costumes: R 250, Mascots R 550-00.
  5. Payments for deposits can be made in: Cash - Refunded in Cash: Credit Card - Reversed on Credit Card. Unfortunately, Capitec cards does not offer a refund option so we would refund via EFT minus a small transactional fee.
  6. Fees will be deducted from the deposit for all late returns or any damages on items rented.
  7. The customer will be held responsible for all costs incurred in the replacement or courier/uber of any items not returned.
  8. Cancellations: We will charge R50 cancellation fee per costume per booking. Hires collected, will receive 50% of their rental back if returned 48 hours before their event or alternatively, use the entire rental to purchase stock or get a voucher for the full amount for future use.

Refund Policy

  1. Costumes hired can be exchanged at any time
  2. No refunds on wigs
  3. Accessories bought will not be refunded if returned after the function
  4. Costumes bought can be refunded if returned within 12 hours
  5. A cancellation fee of R 50-00 per costume will be charged for bookings cancelled
  6. No refunds for bookings cancelled 1 day before the function
